ClearDesk is seeking a Paid Ads Specialist to own and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, monitor performance daily, and drive ROI. You will set up conversion tracking, analyze spend, and continuously improve landing pages to boost conversions.

This role requires coordinating with teams operating in US time zones and maintaining a data-driven approach. You will manage keyword research, audience targeting, and bid strategies, delivering clear reports on CPA, spend, and results

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience running Google keyword and display campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Perform keyword research and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
• Monitor performance daily and adjust bidding/budgets.
• Prepare reports on spend, conversions, CPA, and insights.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking with GTM and Google Ads.
• Optimize landing pages and CRO basics.
• Analyze spend and reallocate budget as needed.
• Run Google and Meta campaigns in tandem.
• Present findings and recommendations in check-ins.
• Ask clarifying questions to keep campaigns moving.
