Qualifications

• Proven experience building a marketing or lead generation channel from zero with measurable results.
• Hands-on experience running paid campaigns (Meta/Facebook, Google, LinkedIn).
• Strong understanding of funnel metrics and diagnosing non-converting leads.
• Resourceful prospect research skills to find specific people and companies online.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a questioning mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Comfortable using AI tools to work faster while applying independent judgment.
• Confidence to share opinions, prioritize, and push back with reasoning.
• Reliable, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and test new acquisition channels, including paid ads, email, LinkedIn, outbound, and referrals.
• Run small-budget experiments, measure results quickly, and decide what to scale, change, or stop.
• Track the full funnel from lead to signed client, focusing on lead quality and cost per client.
• Design lead qualification elements such as landing pages, form questions, and targeting.
• Research and identify target businesses and decision makers using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, review sites, and other sources.
• Write and run personalized outreach campaigns to prospective clients.
• Make the most of existing assets, including client base, reviews, referral program, and partner relationships.
• Work closely with the sales team to improve lead handoff and follow-up.
• Report on results with clear recommendations, including what not to pursue.
• Gradually take ownership of growth strategy as channels are proven.
