Job summary

Love, Bonito is expanding its footprint across international sites and seeks a growth marketer who will own paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok and affiliate channels. You will collaborate with Analytics, Brand, Finance and country teams to plan, execute and optimize campaigns that acquire new customers and drive revenue.

You are analytical, passionate about fashion, and capable of translating data into actionable tests and creative strategies to accelerate growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience with Meta Business Manager (Advantage+, Lead Generation, Conversions or CPAS).
• Experience in performance marketing/lead generation for brands or agencies.
• Basic image and reel editing skills (Photoshop, Canva, CapCut).

Responsibilities

• Strategize and execute paid advertising across Meta, Google, TikTok, and affiliates.
• Own budgets across markets, optimize spend for ROAS and growth.
• Collaborate with Brand, Analytics, Finance and country teams on campaigns.
• Use data to identify growth opportunities and measure channel performance.
• Create segmented campaigns with relevant content and test continuously.
• Drive acquisition, improve conversions and justify budget decisions with insights.
