Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Procure to Pay Operations Senior Manager in Quezon City to oversee PTP teams, ensuring productivity, quality, and SLA attainment. The role demands strong leadership and deep STP/process exposure within a night shift, return-to-office setup.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years of relevant experience, 5+ years in P2P, and a Finance/Accounting degree. CPPP is preferred, with flexibility on ERP platforms. Position is based at Quezon Cyberpark Tower 3.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of relevant experience in BPO/SSS or similar environments.
• Minimum 5 years Source to Pay (STP) experience.
• Accounts payable / P2P process exposure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise processors and analysts and oversee productivity and quality metrics.
• Coordinate team work assignments and monitor workload balancing.
• Ensure service levels and performance metrics are met or exceeded.
• Provide feedback and drive performance improvement plans as needed.
• Collaborate with Quality and Audit teams to address issues and trends.
