Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Procure to Pay Ops Specialist for a Return to Office setup in Quezon City. The role requires at least 5 years of PTP experience and 3 years of supervisory responsibility. Candidates with knowledge of SAP, Oracle, ARIBA or Coupa are preferred.

This position involves collaborating to drive process improvements and ensuring initiatives are tracked and reported to stakeholders. Travel and expense management knowledge is a plus, and the project operates from the Quezon Gateway

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in PTP.
• At least 3 years supervisory experience.
• Travel & Expense knowledge is a hard requirement.
• Knowledge in SAP, Oracle, ARIBA, or Coupa is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates to gather insights in day-to-day process operations to identify challenges and opportunities to standardize, improve, automate and/or innovate the end-to-end process (E2E).
• Follow up and monitor initiatives until completion including reporting to involve stakeholders.
• Estimates, tracks and reports on results of the initiatives.
