Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Procurement Operations Specialist to ensure accurate and timely processing of purchase requests and conversion into compliant purchase orders. The role oversees PR/PO lifecycle, supplier onboarding, master data, and stakeholder communication from the Quezon Cyberpark location.

You will collaborate with legal and finance teams, drive process improvements, and support the Sourcing & Category Lead while working night shifts with weekends off as noted.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Procurement.
• At least 3 years supervisory experience.

Aufgaben

• Process PRs and manage POs, ensuring compliance with client policies.
• Onboard suppliers and maintain supplier master data; manage supplier relationships.
• Provide front-end system support for procurement platforms (Zip, Oracle) and troubleshoot user issues.
• Keep stakeholders informed of PO status across the full procure-to-pay lifecycle.
