Job summary

Accenture PLC in the Philippines is seeking a Procurement Operations Specialist to ensure accurate and timely processing of purchase requests and their conversion into purchase orders, fully compliant with client procurement policies. You will manage post-PO issues with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include partnering with spend sub-categories, coordinating with Legal and Corporate Finance, and supporting global procurement strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Procurement.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as a business partner on the assigned spend sub-categories and collaborate with leadership.
• Coordinate with Legal, Corporate Finance, and other functions to deliver P+ services accurately.
• Influence global strategies and tools used in procure-to-pay lifecycle.
• Process PRs and manage POs, onboarding and maintaining suppliers.
• Provide front-end system support for procurement platforms (e.g., Zip, Oracle).
• Ensure stakeholders are informed of PO status across full procure-to-pay lifecycle.
