Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant experience required.
• 4–5 years Source to Pay (STP) experience required.
• 5–10 years people leadership/managerial experience required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate individual and team work assignments.
• Monitor workload balancing.
• Support high-quality work in a positive environment.
• Monitor team performance with focus on improvement.
• Ensure SLA/KPI targets are met or exceeded.
• Review daily, weekly and monthly service levels and propose improvements.
• Be frontline contact for service level questions or issues.
• Provide feedback to the Quality team for improvement suggestions.
• Work with auditing resources on error trends.
• Provide timely feedback to individuals and teams on quality issues.
