Job summary

Dyson is seeking a Senior Operations Manager, Outsourced Operations in the Philippines to lead end-to-end outsourced manufacturing and ensure world-class standards. The role drives operational excellence across categories, collaborates with partner leaders, and champions cost, quality, and delivery performance.

You will mentor teams, manage risks, and oversee CSER and safety compliance while delivering high-impact improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ senior leadership experience in electronics or contract manufacturing operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related technical discipline.
• Deep proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, and Hoshin Kanri methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead direct and indirect teams and influence senior leadership.
• Fluent English; Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are advantageous.
• Strong risk management, CSER/EHS compliance, and process optimization experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all outsourced manufacturing operations across Dyson categories.
• Build executive-level relationships with partner leaders and serve as primary contacts.
• Oversee factory performance, compliance with Dyson requirements and local regulations.
• Define and improve KPIs including OTIF, quality, cost, yield and throughput.
• Lead continuous improvement programs (lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, Hoshin Kanri).
• Inspire and develop both direct and partner teams, fostering accountability and inclusion.
• Identify and mitigate risks from new product introductions and tech transfers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams within Dyson and with external partners.
