Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical toolkit with advanced data tools (Excel, Power BI, Power Apps).
• Experience with Tableau, SQL or Python is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver core data analysis and decision support for Product Development operations in Philippines.
• Develop and maintain programme-level models for portfolio management and resourcing.
• Drive strategic initiatives across Dyson Philippines with data-driven insights.
• Create and maintain programme publications, communications and online resources.
• Organise decision-making data and stakeholder documentation.
• Support Country Head by running leadership and management cadences.
• Support cross-functional forums and regular business cadence activities.
