Dyson seeks a Finance Manager for In-House Manufacturing Finance (PH) to lead FP&A, cost analysis and management reporting for in-house sites in Singapore and the Philippines. The role emphasizes business partnering with stakeholders to deliver KPIs and drive cost optimization.

The successful candidate will oversee manufacturing cost analyses, support ad hoc analyses on opportunities, and work with cross-functional and remote teams from Batangas, Philippines, reporting to the Senior Finance

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant or equivalent post-graduate qualification with manufacturing and costing experience.
• Experience in leadership roles within finance.

Responsabilités

• Partner with DDM management to support financial and operational objectives.
• Lead month-end close, budget planning and forecasting.
• Prepare and review detailed manufacturing cost analysis and modelling.
