Qualifications

• Minimum 7–8 years in financial planning and analysis with manufacturing context.
• Experience leading teams and partnering with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to achieve financial and operational KPIs.
• Lead month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Prepare detailed manufacturing cost analysis and model outcomes.
• Review processes for compliance and drive cost optimisation.
• Manage inventory controls for materials and finished goods.
• Monitor operating spend against budget and policy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams.
