Job summary

Dyson is seeking an experienced Finance Manager for its In-House Manufacturing Finance Team in the Philippines. Based in Batangas, you will partner with site leadership to drive financial KPIs, manage month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting, and lead detailed cost analyses for in-house manufacturing projects.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, present insights, and support operational decisions with strong analytical skills and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant or equivalent with manufacturing costing experience.
• 7–8 years in FP&A with leadership experience.
• Strong Excel skills and data modelling.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to drive financial KPIs.
• Lead month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Prepare detailed cost analyses for manufacturing.
• Review spend and ensure policy alignment.
