Job summary

Dyson Institute is expanding its Philippines Technology Campus in Batangas and seeks a Business Operations Manager to provide analytical and management support for SEA Product Development operations. You will help build engineering capability, drive strategic initiatives, and support the Country Head of Engineering in growing the team in the Philippines.

Based in Batangas, you will deliver data-driven insights, develop programme models, and lead cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical toolkit with proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI and Power Apps is essential.
• Experience with Tableau, SQL and Python is a bonus.
• Structured, data-driven approach to problem solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver core data analysis and decision support for SEA Product Development operations in Philippines.
• Develop and maintain programme-level models for product portfolio, resourcing, and capacity planning.
• Drive strategic initiatives across Dyson Philippines and support the Country Head of Engineering.
• Design and run workshops, steering groups, and cross-functional forums.
• Produce publications and maintain online resources for the team.
• Coordinate leadership and management cadence across PH leadership and functional forums.
