Position description: Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1. Initiates and leads the processes of the different Organization Development pillars 2. Spearheads the research and development of leading

• edge and best practices on the Organization Development pillars and embeds these into the organization 3. Devises and executes strategies and plans to drive continuous people transformation 4. Conducts research through various methods (including data collection, surveys, etc.) to identify key areas that need to be addressed 5. Designs and selects suitable frameworks to implement strategic and practical change management plans that address people concerns 6. Establishes control systems for compliance with business methods and Human Resource practices 7. Reviews systems and processes and makes modifications to address issues Key Performance Indicators
• Implementation and completion of initiatives and programs that drive people transformation and support the Bank's strategic intentions
• Implementation and completion of change management plans to address people concerns
• Completion of performance management activities by employees (goal setting, monitoring, performance appraisal, etc.)
• Meet targets on Employee Engagement and Culture scores
