Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Lead Coordinator – Order Management in Metro Manila to drive end-to-end order-to-cash excellence. The role involves handling complex orders for resellers and direct customers, guiding a cross-functional team, and ensuring accurate, timely fulfillment.

You will mentor junior staff and contribute to process improvements in a dynamic environment. You will lead calls with Sales, Production, Engineering, Logistics, and Finance to maintain order hygiene, resolve systemic issues,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, supply chain, engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• Relevant experience in both order management and project management.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in order management within manufacturing or engineering industries, including supervisory or lead responsibilities.
• Deep knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or equivalent), BOM structures, and order configuration tools.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools (Power BI) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Functional Expertise & Order Management Execution Oversight
• Lead and process complex customer orders, including configuration changes, rebuild/repair orders, VIP requests.
• Review critical customer data—POs, pricing, part numbers, quantities, descriptions—to ensure order completeness.
• Monitor and process RMAs, after-invoice adjustments, and MCORs to prevent delays.
• Stakeholder Communication & Cross-Functional Leadership
• Lead regular operational meetings with Sales, Production, Finance to align on SSDs and fulfillment.
• Escalate complex order issues and coordinate resolution across departments.
• Act as liaison between back-office and frontline teams for transparency.
• Mentor junior coordinators and conduct quality audits.
• Monitoring, Reporting & Issue Resolution
• Maintain order hygiene, monitor SSD alignment and unprocessed queues.
• Produce weekly/ad hoc reports with actionable insights.
• Proactively address issues affecting schedules and commitments.
• Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
• Identify inefficiencies and propose practical solutions; support tool enhancements.
