Job summary

Vertiv Co in Metro Manila is seeking a detail‑driven orders specialist to manage service request orders, tools and PPE, and to handle mis‑shipments with 100% accuracy.

You will review CPQ quotes (P3–P5) in Order Review, submit quotes to progress orders in EBS, and notify teams of backordered parts.

Coordinate with manufacturing plants and planners to select cost‑effective shipping, release deliveries, and align on customer requested dates.

Responsibilities

• Responsible in order placement of Service Request Orders, Tools and PPE and mis-shipments in a timely manner with 100% accuracy.
• Responsible in reviewing CPQ quotes (P3-P5) in Order Review status and submit quotes to progress an order in EBS.
• Communicates backordered parts to both internal and external customers and services planners regarding parts that are not available to ship yet.
• Responsible in notifying manufacturing plants and planners regarding orders that are scheduled to pull from their location.
• Responsible in identifying the cost-effective shipping method for Down Unit and High Priority or Critical orders
• Responsible in releasing order deliveries of available items and shipping based on customer requested dates, cost, logistics and inventory allocation as necessary.
