Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Senior Order Management Analyst to join the Revenue Operations team. You will own dashboards and governance for global Order Management, collaborating with teams across regions to ensure accurate bookings, data quality, and timely order processing.

You will leverage Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite, build Looker/Power BI reports, and optimize SOX controls while working with Deal Desk, Revenue Accounting, and Systems Engineering.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in SaaS Order Management, Deal Desk, or Revenue Operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite ERP.
• Experience building operational dashboards and reports with Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or Salesforce Analytics.
• Strong understanding of subscription billing models and SOX controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-time-zone collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Reporting & Dashboard Ownership: Build, maintain, and own global Order Operations dashboards in Looker, Salesforce, and Google Sheets.
• Status & Exception Queue Governance: Manage daily triage of blocked orders and errors; drive root-cause resolution.
• Order Validation & Deal Review: Conduct final reviews of complex opportunities for policy, pricing, terms, and revenue alignment.
• Process Standardization & SOPs: Maintain test cases, validation runbooks, and SOPs as operations transition.
• Automation & System Health: Monitor order flow sync health and perform UAT for new releases with Systems Engineering.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as regional escalation point for Deal Desk, Sales, Legal, and Billing.
