Job summary

Mimacom is seeking a Senior Business Operations Specialist to act as the operational backbone across forecasting, financial tracking, and data governance. The role is a maternity leave replacement with potential for long-term continuity, offering exposure to enterprise-scale software engineering, cloud, and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in business operations or related functions.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting skills.
• Experience supporting contract management, billing, and revenue activities.
• Excellent analytical ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience with CRM and finance systems; focus on data quality.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Very good Spanish (C1) and English (C1).

Responsibilities

• Own the forecasting process and monitor forecast accuracy, backlog and budget variances.
• Support contract administration, billing, revenue management, and reporting.
• Deliver KPIs, dashboards and performance reports to enable data-driven decisions.
• Champion data quality across CRM, finance, and accounting systems.
• Identify process improvements to drive operational efficiency.
• Provide day-to-day operational support and manage ad hoc requests.
