• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.

• Identify productivity improvement opportunities through automation, AI adoption, and process simplification.
• Manage program execution, risk tracking, stakeholder communications, and action management.
• Coach and mentor Associate Managers, Analysts, and junior team members.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and strategic recommendations for leadership teams.

The Growth Enablement Manager will drive strategic business initiatives focused on accelerating growth, improving operational effectiveness, enhancing business performance, and enabling leadership decision-making through data-driven insights.
