Cloud Accountant Staffing is seeking a senior operations professional to own and optimize cross-functional processes across engagement onboarding, access governance, and vendor management. The role emphasizes building scalable workflows, documenting SOPs, and driving consistency across remote teams in multiple regions.

The ideal candidate excels at designing end-to-end processes, maintaining clear communication across time zones, and delivering direct, data-driven decisions to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in business operations, program management, or professional services firm operations (required).
• Demonstrated experience owning a process end to end - from design through documentation through adoption (required).
• Experience coordinating external vendors and holding them to a service standard (required).
• Extremely tech-savvy and quick with new software, with a focus on efficiencies and automations using technology and AI tools (required).
• Excellent written communication skills — most of the work happens in writing across time zones (required).
• Ability to prioritize and manage time in a remote work environment (required).
• Comfortable working with senior leaders and giving them the direct answer (required).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent operational experience (required).

Responsibilities

• Engagement Access Setup: Stand up the full system access footprint for every new engagement across accounting, e-commerce, inventory, and banking access.
• Access Governance: Verify completion before start and revocation at offboarding.
• Cross-Service-Line Coordination: Align onboarding, define scope across both service lines, coordinate offboarding.
• Recruiting Coordination: Manage candidate flow, scheduling, and pipeline status with leadership and partners.
• Employee & Contractor Onboarding: Day one readiness, hardware and software provisioning, licenses, access, and training scheduling.
• Offboarding: Complete access revocation, license reclamation, equipment recovery with confirmation.
• Vendor Management: Enforce service levels with IT, staffing, and software vendors.
• Administrative Communications: Keep leadership aligned with announcements and follow-up cadence.
• Process Documentation: Build and maintain SOPs and workflow templates.
• Process Improvement: Identify handoff breakpoints and rebuild for efficiency using tech and AI tools.
