Job summary

Cloud Accountant Staffing is hiring a Customer Success Partner to manage a large, 120+ staffer book in a fully remote, independent contractor role based in the Philippines. You will monitor book health, own recurring reporting, and handle day-to-day operational tasks under the guidance of a primary Rep.

The role emphasizes scalable customer success operations and proactive risk management. You will collaborate with the assigned Rep, support onboarding for new staff, and ensure data accuracy

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, customer success, operations support, or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort owning recurring reporting and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage and organize a large volume of accounts, tasks, and follow-ups.
• Clear and proactive communication, with the confidence to flag risks before being asked.

Responsibilities

• Monitor book health and identify risks early.
• Own recurring account reporting and data accuracy across the book.
• Handle day-to-day operational work that keeps accounts running smoothly.
• Collaborate with the Rep on prioritization and updates to maintain focus on strategic conversations.
• Support onboarding and early-tenure tracking for new staff added to the book.
• Escalate issues clearly with enough context for the Rep to act.
• Maintain book organization and data hygiene across systems.
