Job summary

Ropedia Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Manager / Senior Operations Manager for its Singapore office to oversee internal operations, drive process improvements, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across engineering, product, data, hardware, finance, and HR.

You will own procurement, vendor management, contract and payment workflows, and maintain project trackers and operational data while supporting budgeting and system enhancements in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in operations or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant discipline.
• Strong project execution and process management capabilities.

About the role

As the Operations Manager / Senior Operations Manager for Ropedia's Singapore office, you will play a central role in supporting the company's local operations. You will be responsible for internal operational processes, cross-functional projects, procurement and vendor coordination, contract and payment workflows, operational data, and internal systems, while continuously driving improvements in operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Review, establish, and continuously improve the company's internal operational processes, including SOPs, approval workflows, project-tracking mechanisms, operational trackers, and related management policies
• Coordinate and drive key internal operational projects in collaboration with the engineering, product, data, hardware, finance, HR, and business teams
• Coordinate with the business, procurement, finance, and other relevant teams to facilitate contract review, execution, filing, and payment processes
• Establish and maintain trackers and records for projects, procurement, vendors, costs, and other operational data
• Assist in preparing operational budgets and continuously monitor actual expenditure
• Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of approval, project management, finance, and other internal operational systems, coordinating with relevant teams to resolve issues arising during their use
• Manage or coordinate procurement and vendor management activities, including facilitating procurement processes, communicating with vendors, and following up on quotations and deliveries

About you

• 5–8 years of experience in operations, project operations, project management, operations management, or a related role
• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering Management, Information Management, Supply Chain Management, or another relevant discipline
• Strong project execution and process management capabilities, with the ability to continuously track project progress, driverise, and ensure successful delivery and closure
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including engineering, product, data, hardware, finance, HR, business teams, and external vendors; coordinate resources; and drive the successful execution of cross-functional initiatives
• Strong data organisation and analytical capabilities, with the ability to identify issues by examining operational data such as project progress, costs, and delivery status, and to propose practical improvements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Feishu/Lark, and other workplace collaboration or project management tools
• Strong execution skills and sense of responsibility; meticulous, organised, proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven; and able to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Must already have the legal right to work in Singapore, such as Singapore citizenship or permanent residency
