Sankyo Frontier Co., Ltd. Singapore Branch seeks a Business Operations Executive to support administrative, HR and accounting functions, ensuring smooth daily operations and policy compliance.
You will maintain records, coordinate with vendors and regulators, and assist budgeting and process improvements. The role includes onboarding, procurement, invoicing, payroll liaison, and cross-functional collaboration across Singapore and new bases.
Working together with our global team at Sankyo Frontier, the Business Operations Executive is responsible for supporting the company's administrative, human resources, and accounting functions. This role will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain compliance with company policies and local regulations, and provide effective support to employees, management, and external stakeholders.
Manage office administration, procurement, facilities coordination, and general administrative support.
Support human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, policy implementation in Singapore and new target country bases.
Maintain employee documentation and support compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Support accounting functions including invoice processing, accounts payable and receivable administration, expense claims verification, and document preparation.
Liaise with external vendors, auditors, payroll providers, government agencies, and other business partners.
Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation for administrative, HR, and finance matters.
Support budgeting, procurement, and operational planning activities as required.
Support process improvement initiatives, new business initiatives and other assignments as required.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support day-to-day business operations.
Travelling may be required
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
Strong coordination and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Language Skills: English (Working proficiency).
Able to work from October/November 2026 onwards.
Personal characteristics: Adaptable, strong leadership skills, good interpersonal communications skills, analytical and problem-solving, self-motivated, friendly, honest, team-player, humble and able to think from a global perspective.
Experience: Accounting, HR, or administrative experience preferred.
Accounting certifications are a plus, but not necessary (Training will be provided).

Working Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)
Work from home (WFH) on Fridays (Subject to the work schedule of that week)
