FiberHome Phils., Inc. is seeking a Telecom Project Supervisor to oversee four extraction teams (32 staff) and backup crews for large telecommunications projects in Metro Manila.

You will implement approved methods, manage daily targets, and coordinate all site zones to ensure smooth material flow. The role requires a engineering/industrial background, 3–6 years of supervisory experience, and familiarity with safety regulations and copper cable handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering/industrial/business fields.
• 3–6 years of supervisory experience in telecom or large-volume projects.
• Experience handling large-volume projects with strict timelines.
• Knowledge of Philippine safety regulations (DOLE-OSHC) and site operations.
• Familiarity with copper cable handling, sorting, stripping and weighing processes.
• Strong leadership, discipline, and ability to work extended hours and shifting schedules.
• Proficient in MS Office, reporting, and basic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise four extraction teams totaling 32 personnel plus backup crew.
• Implement Work Method Statements (WMS), site layouts, and workflows.
• Set daily production targets and ensure steady output.
• Manage all work zones: storage, sorting, processing, weighing, loading for smooth material flow.
• Monitor progress hourly/daily and compare against targets.
• Oversee attendance, shift rotations, and personnel performance.
• Lead daily toolbox meetings on safety, instructions, and targets.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain an accident-free environment.
• Prepare and sign the Daily Progress Report (DPR) with volume, manpower, equipment, issues, photos.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for client reps, transport providers, and government inspectors.

About the role

The Telecom Project Supervisor oversees all extraction teams and site operations for large-volume telecommunications projects. You will supervise four extraction teams consisting of 32 personnel plus backup crew, implement approved work methods and workflows, manage daily production targets of a minimum of 5 tons per day, and coordinate all work zones including storage, sorting, processing, weighing, and loading areas to ensure smooth material flow.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all four extraction teams, consisting of 32 personnel, plus the backup crew


• Implement approved Work Method Statements (WMS), site layouts, and workflows designed by the Telecom/Technical Designer


• Assign daily production targets of a minimum of 5 tons per day and ensure a steady output of at least 4 tons per day


• Manage and control all work zones, including storage, sorting, processing, weighing, and loading areas, to ensure smooth material flow


• Monitor and track progress on an hourly and daily basis, comparing actual output against targets


• Manage employee attendance, shift rotations, and overall personnel performance


• Conduct daily toolbox meetings covering safety reminders, work instructions, and production targets


• Enforce all safety policies and requirements and maintain a safe, accident-free work environment


• Prepare and sign the Daily Progress Report (DPR), including volume processed, manpower, equipment used, issues and concerns, and site photographs


• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for client representatives, transportation providers, and government inspectors

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business Management, or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience


• Minimum of 3-6 years of experience as a Supervisor, preferably in telecommunications projects


• Proven experience in handling large-volume projects with strict timeline requirements


• Knowledge of Philippine safety regulations, including DOLE-OSHC requirements, and site operations


• Familiarity with copper cable handling, sorting, stripping, and weighing processes


• Strong leadership, discipline, and the ability to work extended hours and shifting schedules


• Proficient in MS Office, reporting, and basic documentation


• Valid Safety Officer training or certification is an advantage


• Based in Metro Manila and willing to travel to project sites
