Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd seeks an experienced engineering leader to guide engineering, maintenance, facilities, utilities, and technical operations at our Batangas site. You will drive reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance while steering continuous improvement and project execution.

The role requires a strong track record in capital projects, team development, and cross-functional collaboration with a focus on delivering safe, efficient production and compliant operations at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronics and communications, or mechanical engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (preferably Mechanical or Electrical).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in engineering, maintenance, facilities, manufacturing operations or related technical functions.
• Substantial leadership experience managing engineering, maintenance, or facilities teams.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, dental products, electronics, or similar).
• Proven expertise in engineering operations, maintenance management, facilities management, utilities, and capital project execution.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, ISO standards, occupational health and safety requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with SAP PM, CMMS platforms, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop engineering, maintenance, and facilities teams to achieve objectives.
• Manage workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, employee development, and technical training programs.
• Oversee engineering, maintenance, utilities, and facilities operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance.
• Direct preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for production equipment and facility systems.
• Lead capital and operational projects including equipment acquisition, automation, and facility upgrades.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness across the site.
• Develop engineering standards, policies, procedures, and best practices.
