Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Analyst to manage daily review of accounts, perform data checks, and update reports. You will coordinate with offshore/onshore teams, ensure SLA compliance, and participate in process improvements while supporting the team during absences.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 1–3 years in finance, and comfort with a dynamic, team-based environment. Midshift to night shift availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proactive, motivated and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and Excel.
• Experience with SLA metrics and data checks.
• Knowledge of financial instruments or investment funds.
• Experience in trading/account lifecycle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review daily active/pipeline accounts and dashboards.
• Perform data checks and update reports periodically.
• Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely completion of processes and deliverables.
• Identify process improvements and risk indicators.
• Back up team members during absences.
• Support team initiatives and onboarding processes.
