Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in automation, systems integration, or similar role.
• Hands-on with Make.com, Zapier, n8n, or Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and SaaS integrations.
• Experience designing AI workflows using ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for unfamiliar processes.
• Excellent English communication; ability to present to senior stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality handling.

Responsibilities

• Audit and document the current software and tech ecosystem.
• Map end-to-end workflows across onboarding, docs, research, drafting, billing, and admin.
• Identify high-impact automation opportunities and design solutions.
• Build integrations between systems using APIs, webhooks, connectors, and platforms.
• Develop AI-powered workflows and intelligent assistants for various tasks.
• Create prompts, templates, and SOPs for consistent AI adoption.
• Evaluate overlapping software and identify cost-saving consolidations.
• Train team members on new systems, automations, and AI workflows.
• Ensure compliance with confidentiality, privacy, and data security.
• Monitor automation performance and report measurable improvements.
• Maintain data security and client confidentiality in all automations.
