Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) Information is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Onboarding Operations team in Manila. You will act as the primary liaison for members, clients, and counterparties during onboarding, ensuring a seamless journey from application to launch and ongoing maintenance.

You will oversee onboarding for multiple clearing services, including EquityClear, ForexClear, RepoClear, SwapClear, and SwapAgent, requiring precision, client focus, and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in financial services, onboarding, client services, or operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Onboarding: Manage the full onboarding lifecycle for new members, clients, and counterparties—ensuring timely, accurate execution and exceptional client service.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing clear and proactive communication on requirements, timelines, and risks.
• Operational Excellence: Identify and resolve issues quickly, elevate when needed, and maintain accurate data across systems.
• Risk & Compliance: Validate critical instructions, maintain membership documentation, and support regulatory reporting requirements.
• Process Improvement: Review and refine onboarding procedures, implement system enhancements, and support testing for new tools and automation.
• Training & Knowledge Sharing: Provide training on our Salesforce community platform and facilitate internal sessions to strengthen process knowledge.
• Project Support: Contribute to strategic initiatives and change management efforts that enhance onboarding and client servicing capabilities.
