Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group's EQ Technical Onboarding team seeks a Senior Analyst to manage participant reference data, client/vendor certification, and user setup. You will become a subject expert of products and services and collaborate with the Technical Account Management team to meet client requirements and ensure risk controls.

This is a customer-facing role spanning multiple markets. Based in Manila with UK time overlap, the role supports London markets and involves continuous learning

Qualifications

• Experience in Fintech or trader support roles.
• Knowledge of financial ecosystems and client servicing.
• Proven customer service skills and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day core processes, identify issues, deliver resolutions, and improve workflows.
• Support firms/vendors certification testing and conformance needs.
• Handle UAT requests for external and internal customers, including troubleshooting.
