Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in operations within a financial institution with complex processes.
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting workflows across jurisdictions.
• Ability to own processes and drive improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with senior stakeholders.
• Capable of understanding end-to-end trade lifecycle from execution to clearing.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented.
• Proficient with Excel; AI/automation tools helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and contribute to day-to-day operational processes across regulatory reporting services.
• Drive operational excellence by monitoring controls, identifying risks and implementing improvements.
• Build strong relationships with Client Services, Professional Services and Client Implementations teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, PMO and COO teams on technology and business needs.
• Serve as senior point of contact for operational requests and client inquiries.
• Ensure high-quality service experience for customers and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with internal and external parties efficiently.
