Job summary

LSEG is seeking a Senior Associate in Manila to join its Post Trade Solutions Operations team. You will be the primary contact for customer operational matters and ensure strict adherence to processes and controls across the end-to-end trade lifecycle.

The role emphasizes problem solving, clear communication with internal and external customers, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality service and support business growth in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in middle office or similar area within financial institutions.
• Practical experience supporting Interest Rate Derivative products.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand the full end-to-end trade process from execution to clearing.
• Risk-aware mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Excel and related tools.
• Good interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Proactive, driven and able to manage deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of central clearing (LCH SwapClear advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the health and integrity of the service.
• Lead market-wide portfolio maintenance and lifecycle events processed by clients.
• Collaborate with technology support functions and various business units.
• Engage with external customers such as clients, trade venues, and clearing houses.
• Serve as the single point of contact and first level of service for customers.
• Ensure a positive experience for customers interacting with Post Trade.
• Work with internal and external customers to resolve queries and issues.
