Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transport Management or related field.
• 3+ years in a team leadership or logistics/freight forwarding role.
• Strong knowledge of local and international freight forwarding, shipping and customs.

Responsibilities

• Main Customer Contact and issue resolution, ensuring HB/L accuracy prior to cargo release.
• Maintain on-time KPI performance and meet operational deadlines.
• Explain shipping and customs procedures to consignees clearly and professionally.
• Provide prompt solutions to operational issues and customer escalations.
• Ensure timely customs processing and online procedures, with proper documentation.
• Coordinate high-quality service between Origin and Destination offices.
• Generate on-time reports per customer requirements and service standards.
• Monitor KPIs in the operations system and ensure data quality.
