Job summary

foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a proactive Process Specialist, Order to Cash (O2C) to lead process design and SOP development from the Philippines.

You will collaborate with Finance, commercial teams, and IT to optimize O2C workflows, support UATs, and ensure accurate revenue recognition and billing. The role emphasizes documentation and cross‑functional coordination across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Order To Cash function/process management.
• Minimum 1 year in project/product management.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory standards.
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, SQL, Google Studio or equivalent BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Create and update SOPs and detailed task plans to align O2C processes across markets.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to establish new revenue opportunities and ROI.
• Own O2C process design and ensure revenue is captured and billed accurately.
• Support O2C process blueprint and gate changes with Service Delivery alignment.
• Work with Pandora Product Deployment on UAT readiness and go-lives for new initiatives.
• Triage Pandora Billing P&T bug tickets and minor enhancements for Finance.
• Document guidelines or SOPs and support system roll-outs and testing.
• Drive continuous improvements to processes and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Manage ad-hoc tasks and financial topics as required.
