Job summary

Delivery Hero's foodpanda team seeks a Process Specialist, Order to Cash (O2C) to drive process design, SOP updates, and KPI tracking. Based in the Philippines, you will partner with finance, commercial, and product teams to capture revenue accurately and support go-lives for new initiatives.

You will own O2C process blueprint changes, perform UAT readiness, and help triage billing bugs, while ensuring documentation and adherence to compliance standards across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy or business.
• At least 5 years of experience in Order To Cash function/process management.
• At least 1 year of experience in project/product management.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles, regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, SAP, SQL, Google Data Studio or BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Create and update SOPs and DTPs to align processes across Finance Business Service markets.
• Establish new revenue streams and opportunities while ensuring ROI.
• Own O2C process design to ensure revenue is captured and billed accurately.
• Be the gatekeeper for process changes and align with Service Delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Deployment for UAT readiness and go-lives.
• Support triage of Pandora Billing P&T bugs and enhancements.
• Document guidelines or SOPs and support system roll-outs and testing.
• Drive continuous improvements across workstreams with stakeholders.
• Handle ad-hoc financial topics and initiatives as required.
