Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 5–6 years in accounting, auditing, or finance; Big 4 audit preferred.
• Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Strong ability to drive organizational change through stakeholder management.
• Expert knowledge of finance, financial modeling, budgeting, and GAAP.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex issues to diverse stakeholders.
• Resilient, detail-oriented, and capable of building automated financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with local and regional stakeholders across APAC, Europe, and Turkey for Month End Close.
• Develop tools and models to support Close, Forecasts, and Budgets.
• Perform variance analysis to explain financial performance.
• Prepare management reporting decks for strategic decisions.
• Drive process optimization and standardization of regional processes.
• Monitor KPIs and financial metrics for impact assessment.
• Collaborate with FP&A and Business Insights to drive forecasting and strategy.
• Assist ad-hoc projects and systems implementation, focusing on automation.

We’re looking for a highly motivated Finance Controller to oversee the Q-Commerce portfolio of APAC, Europe and Turkey region as well as provide value-added analysis contributing to important business decisions with key stakeholders. The Finance Controller will be based in Philippines and will be a key member of the Regional Finance Insights team.

The Controller will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the APAC, Europe and Turkey region and will support financial planning, budgeting, reporting, analysis, and compliance. The candidate will thrive in a culture of accountability and transparency and be highly responsive to the needs of the continually evolving organization. The individual will have exceptional attention to detail, but will also be a strategic thinker, excited by the opportunity to test ideas and lead projects that impact the company.

• Partner with local and regional stakeholders across APAC, Europe, and Turkey to ensure accurate and timely Month End Close for the Q-Commerce portfolio.
• Develop and maintain tools and financial models to support monthly Month End Close, Forecasts and Annual Budgets.
• Perform detailed variance analysis to explain financial performance and key business drivers.
• Prepare accurate and insightful management reporting decks to support strategic decision-making.
• Drive process optimization and standardization, enhancing reporting efficiency by implementing new accounting processes and guidelines.
• Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to assess performance and financial impact.
• Collaborate with FP&A and Business Insights teams to deliver value-added analysis that drives forecasting and business strategy.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and systems implementation, focusing on continuous automation and streamlining of regional processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 5-6 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or finance roles; Big 4 audit experience is highly preferred.
• Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in English , both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to drive organizational change through proactive stakeholder management and a deep understanding of business dynamics.
• Expert-level knowledge of finance, complex financial modeling, budgeting, and GAAP.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize and explain complex financial issues for stakeholders at all levels.
