Job summary

foodpanda seeks a Process Specialist, Order to Cash (O2C) to drive cross-functional process design and SOP development from the Philippines. You will own O2C process design and ensure revenue is captured and billed accurately, while aligning SOPs across markets.

You will partner with Finance, Commercial, and Product Deployment teams to support UAT readiness, go-lives for new initiatives, and ongoing process improvements. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or business.
At least 5 years in Order To Cash/process management.
At least 1 year in project/product management.

Responsibilities

Create and update SOPs and DTPs to align processes across markets.
Own O2C process design to ensure revenue is captured and billed accurately.
Support the O2C process blueprint and gatekeeping for changes.
Collaborate with Product Deployment for UAT readiness and go-lives.
Triage Pandora Billing P&T tickets and support UATs and guidelines.
Document guidelines and SOPs; execute testing and roll-outs.
Drive continuous improvements to systems and processes; collaborate with stakeholders.
