Alter Domus, a world leading provider of integrated solutions for the alternative investment industry, seeks a Reconciliation Senior Officer to oversee daily cash reconciliations within the NA CSP. You will manage complex accounts, mentor Officers, and support transitioning activities to the India-based team.

The role emphasizes adherence to KPIs, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous process improvements to enhance accuracy and turnaround times in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or reconciliation.
• Solid understanding of reconciliation processes and financial principles.
• Knowledge of Syndicated Loans and Structured Credit products.
• Experience with Excel and reconciliation software.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash reconciliations for complex accounts, ensuring discrepancies are investigated and resolved.
• Review reconciliation reports for accuracy and controls.
• Serve as first point of contact for escalations related to reconciliation issues.
• Assist in transitioning cash reconciliation activities to India-based team, including knowledge transfer and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize reconciliation processes.
• Ensure adherence to KPIs and SLAs, providing feedback and improvements.
• Participate in process improvements to reduce errors and cycle times.
• Train and mentor Officers on reconciliation processes.
