Job summary

Alter Domus is seeking a Loan Reconciliation Senior Officer (Night Shift) in Taguig to oversee daily cash reconciliations for complex accounts and guide junior staff. You will support process transitions to the India-based team and drive efficiency improvements within NA CSP reconciliation operations.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and adherence to KPIs/SLAs in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or reconciliation.
• Sound knowledge of Syndicated Loans & Structured Credit products.
• Working knowledge of Loan platforms like WSO, Sentry is a plus.
• Solid understanding of reconciliation processes and financial principles.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to train junior team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reconciliation software.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash reconciliations for complex accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Review reconciliation reports for accuracy and controls compliance.
• Be the first contact for escalations on reconciliation issues with Manager support.
• Assist in transitioning activities to the NA-based team with guidance and docs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve efficiency and standardization.
• Ensure KPIs and SLAs are met and recommend process improvements.
• Participate in initiatives to reduce errors and shorten cycle times.
• Train and mentor Officers on reconciliation processes.
