Job summary

ReSource Pro is seeking a seasoned IT Infrastructure Specialist to design, implement, and manage secure network platforms supporting internal and US client systems. You will monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive capacity and reliability improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications include CCNA (CCNP preferred), 4+ years in IT with 2+ years in networking, and hands-on experience with Cisco and Huawei platforms, plus Windows/Linux systems.

Qualifications

• CCNA certification required; CCNP or equivalent advanced networking certification strongly preferred.
• 4 years of IT experience, including 2+ years in networking with hands-on project involvement.
• Strong expertise in Cisco (ASA, IOS, switches) and Huawei networking; core network technologies (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VPNs, firewalls).
• Experience managing medium-sized networks; solid problem-solving and project management abilities.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux (Ubuntu preferred), and advanced networking platforms.
• Solid understanding of network security concepts (ACLs, IDS/IPS, etc.) and traffic optimization.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments; strong learning agility.
• Project management experience; participation in at least one project lasting six months or more.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage IT infrastructure platforms to ensure secure, stable, and efficient operations across internal and US client systems.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend capacity and reliability improvements.
• Support infrastructure planning, procurement coordination, and budget justification.
• Research, propose, and implement innovative technology solutions and platform enhancements.
• Deploy system integrations, automation scripts, and optimize operational tools.
• Ensure infrastructure security through monitoring, incident response, and preventive controls.
• Lead resolution of complex security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and recommend improvements.
• Support business continuity planning (BCP), drills, and compliance or audit requirements.
• Document incidents, solutions, and best practices to strengthen resilience and security posture.

Job Summary

• Strong foundation in networking technologies, including LAN/WAN, routing and switching, firewalls, VPNs, and common protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, BGP, OSPF, MPLS).
• Solid understanding of network security concepts such as ACLs, IDS, IPSec, and traffic optimization (QoS, latency management). Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment while delivering high‑quality service. Strong problem‑solving skills with a willingness and ability to rapidly learn new technologies.
• Project management experience, including participation in at least one project lasting six months or more.
