Job summary

Intelligent Technical Solutions is seeking a Network Administrator to provide remote IT support, troubleshoot a range of issues, and uphold our high standards of service for clients. You will be a collaborative problem-solver with attention to detail and strong customer focus.

Responsibilities include resolving Windows and Mac OS issues, M365 and Azure administration, virtualization with VMware/Hyper-V, network devices, and on-call after-hours support for on-site and remote operations.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in IT Support or a similar role.
• Experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting.
• Experience with Server 2016 through 2025.
• Experience supporting M365 and Azure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Entra Admin Center.
• Advanced knowledge of Firewalls, Switches, Network architecture, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Resolve workstation OS issues.
• Resolve printer issues.
• Resolve standard business application issues.
• Resolve line-of-business application issues (SAGE ERP, QuickBooks).
• Resolve M365 administration issues.
• Resolve server issues.
• Resolve networking issues.
• Act as escalation point for technicians.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours/weekend support.
