We are a multi-technology advisory and implementation partner with a strong focus on NetSuite, Oracle NetSuite Alliance, Salesforce Crest, and Microsoft Gold Partner status, seeking a Senior Consultant I to guide complex engagements and grow practice impact.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years in professional services consulting with leadership experience.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale SaaS/IT implementations.
• Deep NetSuite experience including multi-entity/global implementations.
• Proven success building and managing executive-level client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 4-5 client projects while guiding 1-2 additional projects.
• Lead all phases of NetSuite implementation (requirements, buildout, testing, training).
• Manage project allocations, team capacity, and billable hours.
• Develop expertise in Appficiency's delivery methodology and apply it across engagements.
• Build proficiency in NetSuite capabilities and industry-standard practices.
• Identify non-standard processes and design practical solutions.
• Assist clients in enterprise architecture design and integrations.
• Resolve NetSuite issues with innovative, effective solutions.
