Job summary

Oracle NetSuite is seeking a senior consultant for its Advanced Customer Support team. The role focuses on identifying value gaps in customers’ NetSuite implementations, architecting comprehensive solutions, and coordinating with our TS team to deliver high-impact automations and integrations.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years in NetSuite-focused domains, strong ERP experience, and proven ability to engage with C-suite stakeholders. Travel is modest to moderate as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven NetSuite ERP experience in a consulting context.
• Experience defining requirements for complex customizations and integrations.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities for senior client engagements.
• Ability to synthesize business needs into functional/technical solutions.
• Experience with aligning customer business processes to leading practices.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document customer NetSuite value gaps using SuiteReview.
• Lead remediation approaches and secure customer buy‑in.
• Coordinate with customers to remediate highest priority gaps.
• Architect solutions involving configuration, integration, or technical components with TS team.
• Define detailed functional requirements for automations and integrations.
• Review deliverables for quality and drive product knowledge growth.
• Collaborate with ACS teams across Technical, Product, Sales, and others.
• Uphold internal processes aimed at delivering value to customers.
