Job summary

Relay Human Cloud is seeking a senior NetSuite expert to own design and configuration across finance, purchasing, inventory, order management, and warehouse processes. You’ll work with a US-based distribution client from our Makati office on a night shift, implementing alongside partners and taking long-term ownership after go-live.

You will lead hands-on design, testing, and deployment, ensuring standard functionality is used where possible and maintaining strong controls throughout the ERP

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ERP implementation or ERP administration experience.
• At least 5 years hands-on NetSuite experience.
• Full-cycle NetSuite implementation with design, configuration, testing, conversion, cutover, or stabilization.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite financials and core ERP modules (GL, AP, AR, order management, purchasing, inventory).
• Knowledge of accounting fundamentals and subledger-to-GL reconciliation.
• Hands-on with roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, reporting, master data, data conversion, and test execution.
• Ability to translate complex business processes into practical system designs.
• Ability to work with Finance, procurement, warehouse, customer service, and tech teams.
• Willingness to stay hands-on through implementation and long-term operation.

Responsibilities

• Participate directly in solution design, configuration, prototyping, testing, deployment, hypercare, and stabilization
• Document current processes, legacy business rules, controls, and dependencies before they are replaced or redesigned
• Translate business requirements into practical NetSuite designs, favoring standard functionality where it meets the need
• Review partner-proposed designs and challenge recommendations that add complexity, weaken controls, or disrupt operations
• Support configuration of general ledger, AP, AR, cash management, bank reconciliation, intercompany, fixed assets, and period close
• Validate the accounting impact of transactions across sales, purchasing, inventory, fulfillment, billing, returns, and adjustments
• Partner with Finance on approvals, role permissions, audit trails, and segregation of duties
• Design and support order-to-cash workflows, including customer master data, pricing, sales orders, fulfillment, invoicing, and returns, for both owned-inventory and drop-ship models
• Design and support procure-to-pay and inventory processes, including purchasing, receiving, vendor bills, landed cost, item master, units of measure, lot traceability, cycle counts, and costing
• Configure roles, permissions, forms, fields, workflows, saved searches, and dashboards, and set standards for customization and change control
• Help define master-data structures and take part in data mapping, cleansing, conversion, and reconciliation
• Build and run end-to-end test scenarios, and take an active role in UAT, cutover rehearsals, go-live, and hypercare
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and manage the enhancement backlog
• Become the primary internal NetSuite subject-matter expert and reduce dependence on outside consultants

Job description

You’ll be supporting a US-based distribution client, working out of our Makati office on a night shift schedule. This is not a project management role. What You Bring

Required:

• 7+ years of ERP implementation, enterprise applications, or ERP administration experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on NetSuite experience
• At least one full-cycle NetSuite implementation with direct responsibility for design, configuration, testing, conversion, cutover, or stabilization
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite financials and core ERP modules: GL, AP, AR, order management, purchasing, and inventory
• Working knowledge of accounting fundamentals, inventory accounting, financial controls, and subledger-to-GL reconciliation
• Hands-on experience with roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, reporting, master data, data conversion, and test execution
• Ability to translate complex business processes into practical, supportable system designs
• Ability to work effectively with Finance, procurement, warehouse, customer service, and technology teams
• Confidence to evaluate and challenge consultant recommendations using business, accounting, and operational evidence
• Strong documentation, troubleshooting, communication, and decision-making skills
• Willingness to stay hands-on through implementation and long-term operation of the platform

Nice to Have:

• NetSuite OneWorld experience and NetSuite certifications are a plus but not required
• Background in food distribution, wholesale distribution, manufacturing, or another inventory-intensive industry is a plus but not required
• Experience with lot control, catch weight, repack, assemblies, drop ship, EDI-enabled transactions, or complex pricing is a plus but not required
• Experience migrating from Microsoft Dynamics GP or another legacy ERP is a plus but not required
• Familiarity with SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteAnalytics, and NetSuite APIs is a plus but not required
• Experience supporting multi-entity or acquisition-driven organizations is a plus but not required
