Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking a .NET Full Stack Developer to design and implement front-end, back-end, and integration components across current platforms. The role involves leading solution planning, mentoring peers, and producing design documentation within an agile environment.

The candidate will support internal teams, upgrade existing applications, and contribute to the upcoming ERP transformation project, focusing on backend and integration development on the new platform.

Qualifications

• Experience building end-to-end .NET full-stack solutions.
• Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies.
• Ability to design and implement integration points across systems.
• Ability to mentor peers and uplift team skills.
• Experience producing clear technical design and architecture docs.
• Proficient in agile software development practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on progress and ability to meet service and deliverables.
• Lead solution planning and design with application experts.
• Develop front-end, back-end, and integration components for current platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement technical designs aligned with business needs.
• Mentor developers and promote best practices in software development.
• Produce design documentation across the software development life cycle.
• Support business activities using in-house and third-party apps, providing expert support.
• Lead upgrades of in-house apps to stabilize the ERP-ready JBS stack.
• Contribute to ERP transformation with backend and integration work on the new platform.
