Job summary

APW Tech is seeking an experienced Senior Developer to join an Agile team delivering enterprise applications, digital solutions, and critical platforms. You will influence design, provide L3 production support, and drive innovation with AI-enabled automation and modern cloud tech.

You will lead architecture discussions, mentor teammates, and collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, and Product Owners to deliver robust business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in application design and development.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Senior Developer role.
• Experience providing L3 Production Support and implementing application hotfixes.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support enterprise-grade web applications and services.
• Create high-level and detailed designs, including architecture, APIs, and database components.
• Develop secure, scalable, and high-quality code using modern development practices.
• Participate in the full SDLC from requirements through deployment and support.
• Act as L3 support resource for complex production incidents and root cause analysis.
• Mentor developers and share knowledge across the team.
• Participate in Scrum/Kanban ceremonies and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Identify automation opportunities and AI-enabled enhancements.
