Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking a .NET Full Stack Developer to design and implement front-end, back-end, and integration components across current platforms. The role involves leading solution planning, mentoring peers, and producing design documentation within an agile environment.

The candidate will support internal teams, upgrade existing applications, and contribute to the upcoming ERP transformation project, focusing on backend and integration development on the new platform.

Qualifications

• Experience building end-to-end .NET full-stack solutions.
• Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies.
• Ability to design and implement integration points across systems.
• Ability to mentor peers and uplift team skills.
• Experience producing clear technical design and architecture docs.
• Proficient in agile software development practices.

Key Responsibilities – .Net Full Stack Developer

• Provide timely and effective expert advice on progress and ability to meet service and solution deliverables within agreed expectations.
• Lead solution planning, liaise with relevant application experts, and lead solution design.
• Develop front-end, back-end, and integration components for current and existing platforms and applications, following agile methodologies.
• Work with internal teams to create and implement technical designs and architecture in line with business requirements.
• Mentor other developers to uplift skills in new technologies and software development best practices.
• Produce solution design documentation throughout the software development life cycle.
• Support business activities using in-house developed and third-party applications, providing expert technical support.
• Lead and assist in the upgrades of many in-house developed applications to stabilize the JBS technology stack in preparation for the ERP project.
• Play a significant role in the upcoming ERP transformation project, particularly in backend and integration development on the new platform.
