Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Developer to join an Agile development team supporting enterprise applications and system integrations. This role will play a key part in the migration of an existing ERP system to a newer platform, while also contributing to application optimization, performance improvements, and ongoing system support.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain solutions in line with business requirements and development standards

Participate in the migration of the current ERP system to a new ERP platform

Contribute to or lead application, process optimization, and performance improvement initiatives

Support the design and execution of solution release plans

Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues to ensure business continuity

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban)

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent professional experience

3–5 years of experience working as a Developer

Hands-on experience with API development, EDI, and system integrations

Experience working with .NET technologies and/or Java

Strong working knowledge of SQL

Experience in an Agile development environment (Scrum or Kanban)

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Advanced English proficiency (mandatory)

Working knowledge of JSON and XML

Nice to Have / Assets

Experience with BizTalk

Exposure to ERP systems, particularly Infor ERP and Infor ION
