Job summary

Emerson is seeking an Application Developer in Mandaluyong City, Philippines, to own end-to-end feature delivery for enterprise-grade web applications. You will design and implement .NET Core REST APIs and React front-ends, working with MS SQL Server, and contribute to technical decisions in a collaborative Agile team.

The role requires 5+ years in full-stack development with strong English communication skills, plus Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development with .NET Core and React.
• Strong hands-on experience with MS SQL Server and T-SQL queries.
• Ability to lead feature design and drive engineering best practices within a delivery team.
• Familiarity with Git branching strategies and Azure DevOps/CI/CD tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain .NET Core backend services and RESTful APIs with authentication and versioning.
• Develop React front-end components with state management and responsive design.
• Maintain MS SQL Server schemas, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Lead technical design for complex features and translate requirements into API contracts and data models.
• Integrate with internal systems and third-party REST APIs, handling authentication and errors.
• Drive code quality, conduct reviews, and improve engineering standards within Agile delivery.
