Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a National Relationship Manager – Business Centres to oversee a portfolio of Mid-Market customers across the Business Centre network in BGC, Taguig City. You will drive retention, revenue growth, and customer success with senior-level stakeholders.

As a senior RM, you will lead strategic relationship management, coordinate with partners, and identify opportunities to expand product adoption while guiding account plans and performance against targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, IT, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in B2B/enterprise ICT or technology sales.
• Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, and KPI achievement.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of mid-market business customers across the Business Centre network.
• Drive retention, revenue growth, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to deliver customer outcomes.
• Lead account reviews, health checks, and renewal conversations.
• Forecast pipeline and achieve retention KPIs.
